Rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is your call on the 2027 Grand Wagoneer trim, the one model sold both ways. It comes in both wheelbases as well. Pavement-bound commuters can pick the 4x2, EPA-estimated at 17 mpg city, 22 mpg highway and 19 mpg combined. The 4x4 brings full-time four-wheel drive and Selec-Terrain, including a Snow mode for icy Missouri mornings.

Seating is Capri leather-trimmed, with heat, ventilation, 8-way power adjustment and driver memory up front. Power tilt and slide move the second-row captain's chairs. Everyday conveniences include a hands-free power liftgate, wireless charging and remote start. Power-folding mirrors, park assist and a 360 Surround-View Camera are part of Premium Group I, as is a tri-pane panoramic sunroof.

The 2027 Grand Wagoneer Limited upgrades to Nappa leather-trimmed seats and heats the second row. Power folding for the 60/40 third row makes room for a weekend grocery haul with less effort. From the Limited upward, all trims are 4x4. Outside, the Limited gains bright exterior accents and automatic power-folding mirrors.

The Limited Altitude is a Limited wearing the Altitude Appearance Package. Black exterior accents, 20-inch painted aluminum wheels and a grille applique in Dark Neutral Gray give it a darker look. Both offer Convenience Group I, adding Quadra-Lift air suspension and a 360 Surround-View Camera. McIntosh MX950 audio and the tri-pane panoramic sunroof arrive with Premium Group II.

Low-range gearing arrives on the 2027 Grand Wagoneer Upland through a standard two-speed transfer case. Jeep pairs that case with a 3.92 rear axle plus an electronic limited-slip rear differential, calling the setup Quadra-Drive II. In 4WD Low, Selec-Speed Control regulates speed up to 5 mph, handy on a rutted road to an Ozarks campsite. The Upland's factory tow rating is up to 10,000 lb, provided it is properly equipped.

Standard Quadra-Lift air suspension offers 10 inches of ground clearance, according to Jeep. The transfer case, fuel tank and front axle each get a skid plate. Selec-Terrain gains a Rock mode once 4WD Low is engaged. Every Upland rides on the 123.0-inch standard wheelbase as a 4x4. Capri leather seating and the Alpine 9-speaker system stay on board. The Grand Wagoneer Overland, a 2027 addition, comes standard with both Quadra-Lift air suspension and semi-active damping. Jeep says the system lowers for easy entry and exit. It can also raise the body for more ground clearance off pavement. Power deployable running boards and 22-inch wheels in a premium painted and polished finish complete the exterior.

Embossing decorates the leather-trimmed bucket seats, and seat heat extends to the second row. The McIntosh MX950 system plays through 19 speakers. Driver-chosen information appears on the windshield through an Augmented Head-Up Display. Color-selectable ambient lighting and embossed metal accents finish the interior. Ordering the Heavy-Duty Trailer-Tow Package brings a two-speed transfer case, a 3.92 rear axle and trailer-brake control.

Driver and front passenger both get massaging 20-way power seats on the 2027 Grand Wagoneer Summit. The payoff comes on all-day drives along I-70. Climate is managed automatically across four separate zones. Seat trim moves up to Premium Nappa leather. Standard equipment still includes Quadra-Lift, McIntosh MX950 audio and the Augmented Head-Up Display. A rear-facing FamCam lets the front row check on rear-seat passengers.

Summit Obsidian dresses the same equipment in darker trim from the Obsidian Appearance Package. Its 22-inch wheels wear black inserts. Black exterior accents pair with a Dark Neutral Gray grille applique. Cabin accents switch to Black Chiseled Metal. A black roof is standard on both versions. Premium Group III is available on either, adding ventilated second-row seats and a digital rear-view mirror.

Features exclusive to the 2027 Grand Wagoneer Summit Reserve include Palermo leather, McIntosh MX1375 Reference audio, a front passenger display and a front-console cooler. Jeep describes the 10.25-inch passenger screen as a way for the front passenger to serve as copilot. The MX1375 setup combines 23 speakers, a 24-channel 1,375-watt amplifier and a 12-inch subwoofer. Palermo leather comes in Global Black or Tupelo/Black.

A premium floor console serves the second row, adding cup holders, storage space and climate controls. Ventilation reaches the second-row seats as well. Up front, a console cooler has room for six bottles or cans. Black Chiseled Metal replaces the natural walnut wood accents when the Obsidian Package is added.
